StyroTrim's website is now linked in real time to all major freight carriers to obtain precise rates and offer a range of service levels that suit your budget and timeframe. When you place your order, the package volume and weight are automatically calculated and optimized. The available freight services, costs and transit times to your destination will be displayed in the online order form for your review and selection before finalizing the order.

Please note that transit times are for freight services only and do not include production times (please see below).

To lower your shipping costs, you can order more accents, which will give you better value for money, or you can combine your order with that of friends or neighbors.

Please bear in mind that these are large building products that contain concrete and mass. Unusual shapes, such as arches and quatrefoils, are packed in boxes that are custom made to accommodate the particular size and shape of the accent that you specified and this takes additional time.

An average order is processed within 8 to 12 business days prior to shipping. For standard items such as 2 x 4 flat trims with a single coat, they can be processed in 2 to 3 days, add a few more days for a smooth cement coat. Smooth coated quatrefoils, columns or more complicated orders can take up to 2 to 3 weeks.

To ensure that your shipment arrives safely, all StyroTrim products are carefully packaged by hand to minimize damage in transit. Each order is evaluated for the most cost effective shipping method in order to keep your delivery costs as low as possible. We do ask all our customers to check each package carefully on arrival to make sure that their order has not been damaged and in this unlikely situation, we will expedite a replacement.
